A

In addition, the lubricating oil with adhesive function can also prevent skid, which provides assistance for the friction of the elevator wire rope.
Third, it has a high oil film strength, which can resist the extremely high pressure between the steel wires in contact with each other under extremely heavy load, and can also resist decomposition and transformation.

How to maintain, maintain and inspect the wire rope?

(2) Maintenance The wire rope has been coated with enough grease during manufacturing, but after operation, the grease will gradually decrease, and the surface of the wire rope will contain dust, debris and other dirt, causing wear and tear of the wire rope and rope wheel and rust of the wire rope. Therefore, it should be cleaned and refueled regularly.
The easiest way is to use a wire brush and other corresponding tools to wipe off the dust and other dirt on the surface of the wire rope, apply the heated and melted wire rope surface grease evenly on the surface of the wire rope, or spray No. 30 or No. 40 oil on the surface of the wire rope, but do not spray too much and pollute the environment.
(3) Inspection records The use of wire ropes must be checked and recorded regularly. In addition to the above-mentioned cleaning and refueling, regular inspections should also check the wear degree, broken wire, corrosion degree, and wear of vulnerable parts such as fishing hooks, rings, and lubricating wheel slots. If abnormal conditions are found, they must be adjusted or replaced in a timely manner.

(1) When uncoiling, the rope tray should be placed on the bracket, or a steel pipe can be used to penetrate the hole of the rope tray, put a rope on both ends and hoist it, and rotate the rope tray slowly;
(2) Wire rope arrangement on the drum The winding direction of the wire rope on the drum must be based on the twisting direction of the wire rope. The right twisting rope is arranged from left to right, and the left twisting rope is arranged from right to left. The winding should be arranged neatly to avoid deflection or intertwining.
