    一、型号含义拆解(电梯工况专属优化)

    8外层8 个工作股,采用对称平行排列设计,生产工艺成熟、制造成本低廉,是传统低速轻载电梯的经典结构;抗旋转性能满足基础需求,旋转扭矩≤0.31 N・m/100m,可抑制电梯启停时的轻微绳体扭转,避免轿厢小幅偏摆。
    ×19W瓦林吞 - 西鲁复合股(W=Warrington-Seale),每股由 19 根粗细分级的钢丝分层捻制,外层粗钢丝耐磨、内层细钢丝增韧;经电梯专用冷压实工艺处理后,股内钢丝呈面接触,间隙≤0.012mm,柔韧性优于 21Fi/25Fi 填充式股结构,抗弯曲疲劳性能比普通点接触股提升 40%,适配轻载电梯频繁启停的工况。

阐述什么样的润滑剂可以防止钢丝绳损害?


一、光滑油具有良好的流动性和浸透能力,在钢丝绳进行光滑预处理时就能敏捷进入绳子内部以及绳芯,并能起到避免细菌在绳芯纤维内部繁殖的作用。

二、光滑油粘附在钢丝绳上不会轻易被擦掉,在规定的温度变化范围内光滑作用也不会受到影响。此外,具有粘附功能的光滑油还能防滑,这对电梯用钢丝绳附着摩擦力供给了协助。

三、有着较高的油膜强度,能在极重载荷下抵抗彼此接触的钢丝之间存在的极高压力,还能抗分解、蜕变。

四、光滑油油脂具有较高的内聚力,可以避免光滑油的滴落,没有运动时离心甩失,避免油脂糟蹋以及对其他设备的污染。
