  曳引绳

  为了保证安全,每台电梯中都会具备多根曳引电梯用钢丝绳,相互之间都是独立悬挂。从结构来看,钢丝绳是由绳芯与绳股组成的——一层或多层钢丝围绕着中心钢丝螺旋捻制而成绳股,绳股再围绕绳芯沿螺旋捻制,形成钢丝绳,很少会被拉断。

  为了确保电梯用钢丝绳中的曳引绳的安全稳定,电梯检测人员还会定期对其进行检查维护,一旦发现曳引钢丝绳出现损坏问题,就需要将全部的电梯用钢丝绳都进行更换,以避免新旧钢丝绳因张力、延伸性不同等原因而出现受力不均匀的情况,提高电梯的安全性、可靠性,好地承载人们上上下下的乘坐安全。

  限速器用绳

  在电梯使用过程中,限速器能够随时监测并控制电梯轿厢的速度,而当出现梯速达到电梯额定速度115%的情况时,限速器就会及时发出信号,卡死限速器用钢丝绳,从而带动安全钳动作,将轿厢卡死在导轨上,从而保证轿厢不再下坠或上抛起。

  选择这种限速器用的电梯用钢丝绳时,通常会选用6*19类或者8*19类的合成纤维芯电梯用钢丝绳。

  补偿用绳

  在电梯使用过程中,无论是曳引绳还是限速器用绳都是会有重量的,而这些多出来的钢丝绳重量如果平衡不好,就有可能会导电梯运行时出现轿厢晃动、噪音大等现象,不仅使乘客乘坐体验大打折扣,还有可能会造成安全事故。

  为了避免这些情况,在电梯用钢丝绳中,补偿用绳的设置也是需要的,一般都会选用6*29F类或者6*37M类的纤维芯钢丝绳。

  门机用绳

  相对于以上三种作用于电梯轿厢的钢丝绳来说,门机用绳主要控制的是直接面对乘客的门机系统,在整个电梯系统之中的动作相对频繁。

  为了确保门机使用的安全稳定,门机上的电梯用钢丝绳一般会选用6*7类或6*19M类的镀锌钢芯钢丝绳。
